Come along and join any one of our great classes at the gym for the full experience. Your first class is complementary!

*No sign-up fee or term-contracts. Memberships are charged on a monthly basis
All adult programs include open mat
First Responders, Medical, and Teacher discounts available
Each additional Family Member is $30 (available with Full Membership)
Mat Fee is $20
(please call or email ahead)
*Please note that while there is no sign-up fee and memberships are month-to-month, if you choose to cancel or pause your membership you are required to send an email to notify us.
Memberships paused in this way may be reinstated with no penalty.
If your membership lapses without notification, there will be a re-signing fee of $70 to rejoin.
